There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues,salary is decent but career growth is very slow. Selected person has only taken growth. Management never understand ground level people problem because head of department good relationship with management. If any query found realted senior management but when punishment happen in bottam level not senior person.

Issues Heavy Work at the end of the Day. •Unclear Instructions provided to Work on tasks. •I witnessed a Employee working in JCI for Past 13 years getting fired on the spot (Literally on the spot)
