There nothing like HR in the company everyday policies get changed without any information and management is always looking for cost cutting. Long shifts even in non close which will effect your work life balance

Management never understand ground level people problem because head of department good relationship with management. If any query found realted senior management but when punishment happen in bottam level not senior person.
