...t is expected of you to work over weekends and work overtime to finish deadline. Speaking of overtime, there is not overtime pay. Employees are often fired even if they are good performer on the grounds if their projects don't earn enough revenue for company. Pay is below industry standard. Would not recommend a friend.

Since November 2024 I have hardly spent any Saturday Calming. •Higher Management bends and Breaks Rules and Regulations according to their own Will. Issues Heavy Work at the end of the Day. •Unclear Instructions provided to Work on tasks. •I witnessed a Employee working in JCI for Past 13 years getting fired on the spot (Literally on the spot)
