•Late Working Hours due to over burdening of Work. •Saturday Working despite being a Holiday. Since November 2024 I have hardly spent any Saturday Calming. •Higher Management bends and Breaks Rules and Regulations according to their own Will. Issues Heavy Work at the end of the Day. •Unclear Instructions provided to Work on tasks. •I witnessed a Employee working in JCI for Past 13 years getting fired on the spot (Literally on the spot)

Worst company..please do not join this company Be ready to get laid off any time They hire and fire without any reason..so.many people have been hired and fired within 2-3 months Lead are useless..they dont have idea what to do Managers are worst..they will just watch you all the time..they dont have work Hardware Managers are worst..They just hire and fire..they dont have work

1. They will start demotivating others by comapring with others. 2. Work will be assigned based on the salary given to the individual. 3. We need to struggle to take our leaves, they want to know complete reason with proof. Thats really disgusting. 4. Its not at all good company for Women. They are not allowed to take leaves during their mensuration period. Women should think many times before joining this company

Sales support network is the worst business group in Jci. Poor management poor culture poor salary growth.No site opportunities for graphics people. Only 6-8% yearly hike. No surprise gifts or bonus. Huge work pressure no time for family. Managers are so unprofessional they only know about monthly target & billing. Your performance even not get noticed. Management try cheap things to recover amounts from employees. Worst company

I have not got any trainings from last 3 years. Job security is also not good. salary increases by 5% to 7%. Work life balance is not good. Work Load in last one year is huge. Manpower according to workload is very less. We have to work for 12 hours daily. Salary with respect to work is very less
