...y promotions. It doesn’t matter how hard you work or contributing for your team. I won’t suggest or refer any one to this company and please be careful while you see a big amount of salary in your offer letter. If your current organisation gives you less salary but value your effort don’t leave them just because of the salary.

Management is partial, favouring to favourite is in the veins of Gurgaon business centre. No matter how much shortage of employees the work life balance is worst ever i have seen here, unnecessary stretching shifts, unnecessary dual work, no proper planing, keep on trying hut and trial methods. Managers who are from different backgrounds are aligned to processes they never worked, even 0% knowledge of process but they are leading by their own ways, they even don’t know how to process ad how process runs but they want numbers and production to shine their image in front of upper management they don’t even care how team member are suffering. Management is saying IJP is the only way to promote and growth but most of the teams still having the promotions in the same teams because of ugly politics and favouring management. If you ever try to speak or register feedback about management then word to word are copied or conveyed to the same manager against whom you register feedback or complaint with your name and now they will target you. If you are thinking it’s captive unit then don’t join because the management turned it into a Lala company where you will do the work according to manager way not the organisation setup. WFH policies differ from team to team they varies according to process and for employees not for managers because they are not employees

It is captive in paper only, worst than BPO. Gurgaon India location is terrific. In a single word "Pathetic". The GBC location has their own policy to run the business. They do not follow global policy in terms of work culture. Worst leadership, worst employee centric. And never ready to listen your concern and will give you ATL without any reason. The director and his boss in Global products BU is running their own whims and fancies. A simple wfh needs to be approved by them, a disgusting work culture. Cutting the cost like cutting an apple..Hire and Fire.. I will never recommend anyone to this company.

...give bonus which part of bonus as well they deduct that. Helath benefit is good. Your have to struggle to find ijp and growth opportunity and salary hike is pathetic with bonus as well
