People are very toxic. Company treats contract employees very badly and are alwz differentiated from those who are on permanent payroll. For example, on Diwali, dry fruit box was given to permanent employees who are on payroll but nothing to the contract employees. HR doesn't respond. Toxic bosses. Recovery of entire notice pay amount and relocation reimbursement is left before one year. Only two Saturdays in a month is off.

Work Life Balance very poor and have lots of opportunity to Improve, Remuneration, Compensation , allowances are very poor and have significant opportunity for development Career Growth opportunity are less

Johnson & Johnson as a company is always good to work. The standards & morals to gave work life balance by the company is amazing. The company will always encourage you to work.

Dislikes

Not a suitable environment for the people who has work ethics. You cannot grow alone, you need to take everyone everywhere with you as everyone cares about who get the credits rather than the desired work needed to be done.

Stock storage in Cataract division from 2 years. Leadership not taking into account products which are not there and pushing for targets from 2 products only out of 10 products.

My dream company to work in JNJ. Teammates are very supportive and leadership are giving more responsibilities to learn new things. I love to work again if I get an another opportunity.
