...lance. Difficult to get personal time while working. No permanent working hours. And because salary is according to performance,If you aren't hardworking and determined it will be difficult for you to get a good salary.

Best place to work and specially work culture is awesome and compensation & benefit I can say best pay master in industry.

If you are not starting as a management trainee or managerial level then there is concern for career growth.

I liked working with J&J due to excellent working conditions and human values. Although the salary at that time was not at par as per industry but job security was there, hence highly recommend this company as an employer

They didn't change with time and could not hold the young talent due to less remuneration and facilities

As per a MSR Salary hikes and Incentives Structure and DA and TA is very Important for MSR because of We are working in a Franches right so if MSR feels comfort in while working In MSR in a Company then MSR creates a Wonders in Field to Achieve the highest sales and growth as well as culture is good some situation security is also good but work pressure is very high even qe cannot spend a time to family and also very poor salaries and they decrease the incentives and also 50 percentage growth is given for sales.

There is a lot of politics and the Improve Basic Salaries and Incentives structure and DA and TA and they will provide for MR for a family time also and very very very slow growth in career ,Manager is also very torture he behaves like a psycho person ,And there is no respect for person they treats MSRs like a slave dogs.

Nothing they are seeking donations on behalf of sos children's Villages of India & unicef. You have to make calls from own number. Please don't get into this trap

Dislikes

...e getting donations from people and from that donation amount only you get paid. Even they won't pay you the full amount. The company culture is different but don't believe blindly. No growth career no experience certificate .
