Experience is taken as a burden n experienced people are not liked as organisation feels experienced people dont put 100% and are costly employees. Also opportunity for growth is very less

Very good learning platform. Team is mix of MBAs, Engineers and Pharma background. J&J promote to learn and grow which is different from peer orgs.

It takes time to get gel in J&J culture. You can understand better when you will spend time with positive intensions.

I had wonderful Manager till end of 2019. Later and undeserving colleague was promoted as my manager and he made life living hell for me in the very first month and i quit. I had to relocate to Bangalore, but he did not help me there by accomodating and i chose to quit,

For back office people there is no opportunity to work at direct payroll even after 15 to 20 years.
