    They used to hire only fresh grads earlier, recently they've started hiring laterals. Company brainwashes their employees so much that these fresh grads believe that John Deere is the best company in the world. JD has pampered their employees so much that they do not let lateral new joiners be comfortable in the team. Hiding important information, not copying on emails etc are usual things. HR policies have given so much power to the employees that even senior management has become helpless.

    Salary offered is less. Notice period is 3 months. Appraisal cycle is October to November. Salary increment will start from March only. Manager exploit senior engineer and will use your work to promote themselves. Lots of toxic politics in office.
