Like Contributing in different initiatives, Participating in Hackathons like events 2: Only 1 or 2 QT resource in a team compared to 10 controller side resources. Hence, QT resource is most of the time overloaded with work. 3: Some internal politics related to work assignment

Work Life Balance Leave Policies Culture was good till 2020 December. Post that due to major company restructuring, all policies went for a toss. No Ethics now

Compensation for People with IT technical skills is not at all good. Onsite opportunities will only come for some teams who does menial job. For people with Data Science and IT skills, they wont provide onsite. Faulty expectations on Innovation and fake Innovation targets just for name sake

...anization. Things move very slow. Good for those who want to live peaceful life. Pay is really good. Annual bonus payout has consistently been 150+% for many years.

Dislikes

They used to hire only fresh grads earlier, recently they've started hiring laterals. Company brainwashes their employees so much that these fresh grads believe that John Deere is the best company in the world. JD has pampered their employees so much that they do not let lateral new joiners be comfortable in the team. Hiding important information, not copying on emails etc are usual things. HR policies have given so much power to the employees that even senior management has become helpless.

...yee's holistic well being. You'll be able to maintain a great work life balance. The salary's are pretty competitive as per market standards.

Dislikes

...xtremely slow; You could be at a grade for 10+ years even after performing well. The norms for salary revisions during employee ratings keep changing every year. It is very easy to be lost in their hierarchy.
