One of the worst companies with no work-life balance, rampant office politics, and no growth opportunities for hardworking employees. The HR management is poor, and the workplace is dominated by families. If you search for one surname, you'll find at least five people with that name. If you and your family want to work together at the same place, this is the company for you.

Poltics, worest plocies.If you are VIP card holder then performance doesnt matter for organization.if you leave organization before 6 months after appraisal then need to return incrmented sal.meaning less policy it's like daily labour policy.if you give complaint on manger vicitim will be faired this is special policy for VIP card holders.Finally do not join in the organization without reference bcz don't know when they will target employees.

They are playing the politics in office and there is no work recognition. They are not concentrating on actual activities, they most focusing on other than actual work.

Likes

Especially the Hybrid work culture but in case it was not there as in my project everyone asked to come regularly, but all through work amount is huge so you'll learn a lot.

Dislikes

Here no work-life balance, managers are toxic and you won't get an appraisal, even they fire you without giving you a warning or putting you in PIP, in my case I worked there for more than 1.5 years, and after that one day I was working the whole in the evening suddenly they ask me for meeting and ask me to resign with a silly reason that your performance is not good. Now Let's talk about work-life balance in my project the whole team works late at night on weekdays and on weekends when people are relaxing doing their personal work they ask you to join in solving the issue. So technically no Saturday or Sunday worst culture ever.

If you had slave mentality than it is good for you.

Too much work pressure. Expecting 3 persons work from one. Toxic managers,need to do bajana for them,they will make best performer of previous company to worst. Please ignore if you want peace.
