Worst company ever for freshers....

...rmed joiners at EY. That's almost 50 lakhs of revenue generated for the company. In return after 2 years my salary was just 20k ....Joined at 16K as fresher...NO INCENTIVE OR APPRAISAL WHATSOEVER.

Never give salary on time , not provided offer Letter before joining even after 1 month you didn't get the offer letter and without offer Letter you don't get any salary

...ny incentives and at name of appraisals it’s only 500rs hike after one year. They impose different policies like deduction of salary if you come Office 5 mins late so that to give less salary to employees. Owner is play politics of divide and rule to avoid Groupism so as to avoid increment and incentives. They want employees to work in less or for free for 12 hours.

There's nothing to like about this company. One of the worst consultancy . Manager is so rude. Our logout time is 6:30 but they kept us doing the work after that😐. Mark absents if we didn't complete the daily task.

The Pace , Rush To Keep the work with the competitors before the EOD. The Enthusiasm Of Colleagues. Company's business and keeping the track of mkt.

Atmosphere, Not at all airy. Hygiene was not up to the mark. When they have such a huge, dedicated, smart, sharp strength of employees. They must switch to upper floors. Apart from me others were also affected. May be due to career stage they do not give it much importance ( Hygiene).
