Job security was very good compared to many construction companies. Due to some internal problems presently Joannou and Paraskevaides has created problems of delayed salary payments. But in its 70 year of history the company has never faced such problem.I hope the company regains its old glorious days back.

No much opportunities for career growth. Fixed salary appraisal for all employees.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It's very good company before, this had seen 3rd generation, this company give life for every employee, here is great opportunity for learning and growing Oru carrier, but now unfortunately company going to struggle, they not giving salary, more problem, they stopped to take people outside, we hope it will be come back, let see.

Now no carrier growth, no salary, no work-life balance. In feature may they will come back it's good company

In this company, You can get working good working knowledge in construction field in your respective departments. (Construction Execution, Planning, Cost Control, Quantity Survey, Quality Control etc....) working environment is friendly nature. Flexible working timings, work-life balance is good. Job security is more in t his company compared to others.

Dislikes

...oyees nationality wise inner politics are more. Career growth is very limited. Salary hike/appraisal, please don't think about these in this company. Poor Higher Management.

Being as a employee in libya the management is alway taking care of their employee they are provided all needs of the employee and they are also provided all like free accomodation,free foods and provided services from the accomodation to working site in short jandp libya branch is very good to their employees.

Dislikes

Only compensation is not descent you know why because they will not gave exact computation to their employees.
