Not because they don't provide salary on time. They provide salary after 2 months. I do here 2 years because they bound me.

They didn't provide you salary on-time and they expect you to sit late in office. The work life is not good at all. On a very serious note, if anyone wants to make a good career don't join there. Even the seniors mentality is like girls should talk to girls and boys should talk to boys.
