Salary and benefits are terrible. Some employees are not qualified and taking more salary. They have fake documents. And it's not good for company reputation.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Worst company ever . don't give good salary to Talented staff. Wants to Hire cheap staff. incompetent HR Department. Very Bad hiring process. If you have reference than only you can get job & decent salary. Don't have good work environment. Instead of JLL you should give interviews in Cushman or CBRE.

HR department is incompetent. Work environment is very poor. Little or No appraisal every year. Doesn't treat there employees as a human being.

It's a great place to work, you will have full freedom to implement your ideas to enhance working experience and it will be cultivated by the team. The team helps you out whenever wherever is required. Overall as an employee I must mention it as a great workplace.

Dislikes

It won't be mentioned as dislike, but yes the salary can be improved as per the global standards and prices are going up. The salary is bit too low to go ahead.
