JLL not take care employees who work on client site . Client treat the JLL employees like a GULAM . No work life balance. No Personal life. Even JLL management ask to pay money for notice period buy. No matter how long you work with JLL .

Work satisfaction and company culture are good. Job security are 100 percent.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits are terrible. Some employees are not qualified and taking more salary. They have fake documents. And it's not good for company reputation.

Please note this review only for HSBC site, every site is a different culture. Where I was worked: I like office culture, respectful and friendly culture, work life balance, encouragement, appreciation, scope to learn etc.

Dependency for applying to better opportunity. Promotion policy, Bonus policy.

- Politics over the region. Worst experience with Managers in Bangalore region. City Lead - No proper system of Knowledge Transfer for new joiners. - Poor HR support. If we need any kind of support or to connect with HR is a bid deal. Until unless you won't call the HR, the service will not be provided. - No job security & work satisfaction. - Managers will force employees to work over time without any benefits.
