In PDS JLL , Green field projects (new vertical) where employees are recruited newly are not provided awareness/ check of company ethics hence lacking JLL ethics, unprofessional managers are compromising JLL reputation.

Too much politics Management does not depoly resources based on skill set but by how much margin they earn per candidate Senior people are engaged in very menial roles if there is no project at hand They say 48 hours work week but never follow

... culture. Teammates and seniors are supportivyand the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus evry year.

There is no such thing as fixed working timings or any sort of issues like unpaid salary for months together as it can be seen in certain Indian Infra Companies and in addition to it they have got pension benefits for employees, job transfer in foreign countries based upon your performance and caliber.. JLL is been consequently rated as one of the most ethical companies to work in since past 5 years and it is rated 53 in Forbes list 2019 which gives an added advantage to employees working in. They are open to innovativeness, upgraded faculties in the office such as babyteria, crèche facilities, quiet room, 4 packs and 8 packs meeting room as per the strength required. I personally had a very good experience working as an intern for 2 months with JLL (India) and i'm looking forward to work in future

1. Not much attention and meticulous training prefered for interns deployed there. 2. One the project starts there is no scope of pause until the client is completely satisfied. 3. No prior Quality Control and Quality Assurance of materials deployed in the site for project. 4. Interns should be given immense exposure to various departments present and hence so that they will get to know in which field they are really good at and move on with their future career.
