Salary always on time. That was good thing. Colleague are good. Office is at good location.

...ity is zero even if employee performs excellent and given more responsibilities. If the employee asks for salary then he is asked to leave. Plus after employee resigns they don’t clear F&F on time they hold it for 3-4 months or more. Don’t give reliving letter on time. Many employees have bad experience. HR stops responding and are rude. Really disappointing.

Too interfering top management. The promoter is a psychopath and not open to suggestions. Wants employees to work as puppets. Promoter doesnt encourage work life balance even if family members need us. Please never join this organization for any amount of money offered.

A good and responsible organization with strong HR policies. Open to innovation and tech driven. Great place to work with detailed and scientifically drawn Mission and Vision Statement. It is a growing organization and hence there are a lot of opportunities for the employees to grow along. Professional management team, a great culture and comfortable environment will be the added parks of working at JLM. Employee's can feel a sense of belonging here and each one of their contributions count. It is like an extended family for me!
