There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

... join prestigious company because they shown many dreams at the time of joining. They will offer you high package, incentive, fake work life balance, fabricated best work life balance, will try to brainwash you in the training that jk tyre Desh ka tyre like that, but when you come in the field all are opposite. Accutualy, no body wants to purchase jk tyre but we have to pitch forcefully. Customer are purchasing because of less cost and meanwhile it's quality is very poor. New joinees keep in mind that area manager and regional manager will force you do forcefully billing without the consent of dealers, and you have to control and face dealers angers after force billing. At the end yr don't go for that company yrr.

1. Management not 🚫 wealthy. 2. Salary is too poor. 3. In difficulty situation can't hendle by Department Head and management. Thanks.

Team and my Area Manager was very good and cooperative. And company provides good scheme and discounts for dealers.

As mentioned work life balance is very poor. Salary and incentives are not good as per work pressure.
