Work life balance sucks..you have to work 7 days a week even on national holidays. Company policies bends according to there needs. Job is secured if company is earning profits And if you know company politics.

No job growth or personal growth you are doing what you are doing 5 years back. Your designation changes but pay scale remains the same so does your job profile.

Spoil our personal family life. working hours very bad. Monday-Friday 9am to 9Pm, Saturday 9AM to 1 AM, Month ends - 9 AM to 7 AM (next day). when heads satisfy their sales targets after that they confirm office closing time.

Only one point i.e salary credited on time every month.

Dislikes

1. Work-Life balance is absolutely ZERO. 2. Rules & Policies are only followed in papers. 3. Minimum 10 hours daily working apart from it every Saturday extra work pressure and extra working hours. 4. No overtime payment policy. 5. Sometimes Sunday's are also working of which no benefit is given. 6. On month end day, working hours are normally 18-20 hours earlier it was approx 24 hours too. 7. No appreciation given on hard work, extra work. It's just you have to work. 8. Accounts department employees are also forced to work as a sales executive but no incentive schemes are available for them. 9. For tours very less amount is reimbursed as compared to other competitive companies. 10.Rude behaviour of seniors, politics, etc etc.... Many more point are available but due to ethical issues not mentioned here.

No team work. people do work for their safety. No support of Seniors.No timing for office.There is no family & social life.24 hour service.No holiday no sunday.

...rs mess up their juniors careers to save themselves. Too much pressure of sales. Pay is 1/4 of industry average.
