Nothing better than other companies. Basics like salary on time and hybrid working culture are some pointers but those are very normal ones.

Dislikes

1. Their joining bonus is actually a bond for 2 years. Do not fall for it. 2. Too much of Micro management culture can be seen from top to bottom. 3. They will update their leave policy every year in Dec. This is the top curated task that they will do every year to ensure employees do not enjoy leave benefits for some reason. Make sure you confirm leave policy before joining. Leaves are pro-rata basis. They accumulate in decimals in your account(Funny. Isn't it?). 4. There are hardly 3 car parking space & still they want people to come to work. Shared workspace. 5. No scope of innovation in projects. Client is God culture. Everyone works like instruction manual.

Salary hike is good. But no work.

I have joined in 2021. Till now there is no work. Many people are in bench. They are giving 4 to 5 trainings on different technologies still haven't got any project. No cab facility. Difficult to travel to the company

In this company work culture is good means people here are really supportive and managers are also of good technical skills .

...rity is not here means in COVID people were got firred once they came on bench . Salary and Hike is also not good here . In this company no standard professional work culture is there

JKT is a great place for learning and helps us to grow along with the company. We also have opportunities to interact among various technologies team and be up-to-date regarding the market needs and innovations. Overall a great place for career growth and knowledge. Has a very friendly approach for work life balance and the work environment is quiet peaceful.

Dislikes

Compared to other companies, JKT does not pay much for freshers during training period and they do not provide cab facilities for commute.

I am working for client TCS, payroll of JK Technosoft. Salary is provided on time. No offense. But I am selected for job in wipro. So I mail resignation letter to company. 30 days of notice period is mentioned in offer letter, but they are telling me about notice period of 60 days. This is completely illegal activity. Please anyone suggest me what should I do?
