Very low man power in company and work pressure so high .....they pressurized to work in overtime without pay or giving overtime less then company labour overtime to staff ....

Paints Division has worst culture, there is no one to look after the basic necessities like water, washroom etc..

Dislikes

Worst policies, worst management in paints Division, upper management doesn't have any background in paints industry process therefore the work culture deteriorating day by day.
