Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

I am a part of a team that markets reliqble, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and We work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to work in three shifts A B C , i have to attend calls sometimes manager do not value an individuals unique strengths, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

There is nothing to like about this terrible company. Its run by bunch of Lala's. money driven people. do not care about their old employees. they show no dignity and empathy towards hard working Literally "talented" employees.

Dislikes

...f 30% of old employees without notice stating the reason of them being overaged. They forced them to take voluntary retirement without compensation. They changed the retirement rule all of a sudden and asked the employee to leave their company provided residence within 15 days. If you're planning to work their. please practice working under dictatorship coz your Talent, ideas and creativity will not be entertained. Also they are very biased towards Male employees. they dont hire women.

Partiality in promotions/ appraisals. No Work life balance. Poor work satisfaction. Company is more focussed on office managers instead of front line officers. No respect/ appreciation for the working hands. Every boss/ seniors wants yes man.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work 18-20 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client in the field in the evening and sometimes late into the night. I do receive appreciation mails from my boss and seniors but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also, there is no on job training for fresher for off roll employees, hence senior folks like me have to guide them stem by step, which is a pain sometimes.
