Workers At The Jk Tyre Company Are Provided With Good Behavir . A Good Gurantee Is Given To Thier Work Good Pay Is Paid Such Costs Are Paid . Travel Costs Are Paid

Thre Is No Such Job At Jk Tyre Company .But I Have Been Working For Godown For 3 Year And My Education Is B.A , B.C.A , I Want To Work In Jk Tyre That Will Enhance My Education .The More I Wish To Work In A Tyre Company Sales Or As A Servise Engineer Then The Salaries Are Less Expensive.

The company was adopts latest technology and all staff are open to the trainees and management gives to us so many challenges to develop the company with new technology so I'm happy to join here because I learn more from JK Fenner.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
