There is no work life balance we have to work in Field Monday to Saturday. When didn’t bet time for our person life , in single day holiday we have to do multiple things like washing clothes, mopping our flat etc . We want off on Saturday or Alternate Saturday

The manager provided excellent support both during onsite and offsite working. Company has offered home accomodation who are comes from outside rigion or state. On Good topic training program conducted six sigma , MBA from reputed institute/collage.

In some areas seen internal politics, production / numbers oriented company.

I think All the workers in the company work together as brothers and if somebody don't understand something then experienced person tell that how to do perticular things do in right way... quality department are very helpful

Dislikes

One thing I don't like about the file is that the attendants don't return the cards after the 8 hour shift is over they return until the next shift worker arrives at the workplace.Many times it happens that one has to work 16 hours a day and if you refuse to work, you are threatened with being fired from the company.
