Senior management wants quick results without realising the ground situation, 3 state heads within a span of 3 yrs have left, HR has no role , White cement division-Putty there is lot of disparity in competition, Management not at all supportive, company is run by Tyrants and Consultants , who have zero idea of Market, Nepotism and favouritism is the way of working, morning to evening zoom call, ZERO job security

The nepotism,favourism,pressure,fake Certificate of Best company to work, without understanding the market and situation pressure on manager, Marketing executive least bothered,Area manager always enjoying,every 7th day zoom call harrasment

Company not developed yet Still follow the basics and Track with Application finally asking the numbers and Weekly closing. To much hectic pressure internally.non supportive

Company is good, infrastructure are good in plant, but management is very poor Unit head is not capable for discharge there duty, pure lala company no any qualification for higher posts if you want to time pass and take retirement You should join the company but there is no any learning environment, Just preparing training Callender , HR department is just for following orders, no any value of the any department only commerical department is valuable in the company

Some of higher management employees having ego issues. So that employee growth not satisfactory.This higher management employees not wants organisation growth only required ego satisfaction..
