It's a great company, very good work culture, seniors are so humble & approachable, good work life balance, they treat you as a family member & take care of all needs of employees, having medical insurance which covers your father and mother is very great help by company for employees. I am working here from last 7 years, they are best employers & really a great place to work.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Top Management -Founder family is extremely caring and kind hearted. They are trying very hard to make this company a top cement company of the country... and the pace is good but good Corporate governance practices, professional working culture and processes for recruitments, appraisals still need to improved.

Dislikes

...discussed with Employee or not. Complete monopoly of Functional Heads /HODs.. who like to carry/recruit their own staff brought with them while joining and give them important positions, heavy pay packages and discreminate much valuable existing staff. Lack of Corporate Governance practices i.e. Internal Controls/ Checks /Audit adds no fear among FHs/HODs to conduct as they desire. No body to question them.

Everything is Good, pay scale, job security, new learning, training, township, free accommodation etc

Nothing to be dislike, just work load and politics in department which is common in almost every companies.

...s in our life . They don't want the employee they want a robot for the company .There is only one plus point that the salary will be given on time always .

In this company there is no job security .The leaders are treating their employee like a hell and they don't even think for their employee family for a once .They always giving g you a mental and physical pressure and this pressure is rising day by day .They always using abusive languages.I am hiteshi my husband is doing job in this company but I am really fed up with this company culture and especially the bosses ...there is no humanity in any leader .I am not taking the names but the state head of haryana is soo biased and soo bad in nature with by husband .He torture him a lot and when it reaches to high I will definitely doing a complain about him .
