Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Office culture, environment is not good. (Unhealthy) Salary deduction without any reason (its depend on boss mood totally) and they don't even inform to the employee. Out time is not fixed. No festival celebration. Totally boring atmosphere.

The freshers are being offered job which is a good thing for them to start their carrier. Teammates are supporting and you will build a great relation with them.

Dislikes

The decisions are made by management which is a sole decision of the founder. Company policy keeps on changing with time, say from once to twice a year. No leave encashment or carry forward of unclaimed leaves. The company would ask you for your resignation based on the in hand projects. You never know who's next!
