Office culture, environment is not good. (Unhealthy) Salary deduction without any reason (its depend on boss mood totally) and they don't even inform to the employee. Out time is not fixed. No festival celebration. Totally boring atmosphere.

Bad experience. Company working environment is very bad. No friendly environment seen. Place is too far from station. Interviewer was so strict. Recommendation is pl do apply in this company.

The freshers are being offered job which is a good thing for them to start their carrier. Teammates are supporting and you will build a great relation with them.

The decisions are made by management which is a sole decision of the founder. Company policy keeps on changing with time, say from once to twice a year. No leave encashment or carry forward of unclaimed leaves. The company would ask you for your resignation based on the in hand projects. You never know who's next!
