work environment good , some team mates are supportive. The banking domain knowledge and database they given to new joiner

...uggle lot. there is a lot of politics and management doesn't address the issue. Salary not hike every year as they say at interview time. Not appreciate for any thing your all credit take by management and super senior employees.
