There is no friendly nature in the teams. There would be no responce from the management if we go on any particular issue. There is no job security without intimation or Notice Period they just Terminate employee's. They use employee's for there personal works like House renovations and all. There is much pressure. I didn't even see the worst company like this and will never see in my life. There are 2 CEO's named Hari and Subra Alanghat for this company they stay in US. They use unparlimantarey language everytime in status call's.Always they keep on saying F*CK continously to everyone in the office it might be a Girl or a Boy. They even Abuse Operations Manager and even HR.They don't even know the word of 'Respect'.
