Office environment, work culture, salary, job security. And they did not give me any documents like Offer letter or joining letter. They have a small team, and the others new employees were terminated after 1 month. They used us for content (for 1 month) and then they didn't give a single penny to us. Jiyo Bangla is irresponsible, a big cheater.

Dislikes

When I joined after getting the job, no joining letter, offer letter or any official documents were given from the office. After I worked for 21 days they said that my content is very low quality. So I will be kept as an intern, I will not be paid for the days I have worked. After I requested I was told "a least amount you can get, let's see". But within the first 3-4 days of starting the job, the head of the content writer told me that my writing was going well.
