in jiva, regular cme's help improve my skills and knowledge. though there is no provision of pf at my clinic, still salary will be sufficient to live a good life only,.you cant enjoy your life with the salary.

pressure of sales and when uneducated and non technical staff tells me what to write in prescription and no regular salary hike., work life balance is very poor. o career growth and no regular appraisal. gets depressed with the pressure sometimes .

... are conducting knowledge sharing session , case study which is really helpful. But salary they are providing is not good not upto the bench mark also.This is the main issue for all the doctors and they are resigning the job within a year.

The cause they are having issues good to treat people with ayurvedic medicines which even works on some of the incurable diseases with no side effects

Incentive structure, incentive is based on the salary not on sales target, even they have two sided seniors one side is Doctor and the other one is AM for operations so it could be sometimes difficult to reach on a single point while making big decisions, even TM is working under AM too so... Even there is certain fix criteria's so the appraisal could be really slow as they have a fixed vision

Jiva ayurveda is good place to work beacuwe they give chance to the people who deserves to be promoted according to hierarchy.

Though due to pandemic employees could not get the annual appraisal in salary yet they are helping their employees to WFH and take PCs and required things to setlle WFH without firing and cutting wages of employees
