Jiva ayurveda work enviornment is very good , seniors behaviour towards their team is also excellent it was wonderful experience to wrok with jiva ayurveda because as a fresher i was joined but my experince which i take which i learned is great .

Everything is perfect in jiva ayurveda only may be according to work comapny should think to increase salary criteria according to employee skills .

salary is very low salary and incentive are not on time SO MUCH changes in shift timing MANAGER TL HR behavior IS VERY BAD THEY WANT TO US TO BEHAVE LIKE WE ARE IN SCHOOL SO MUCH CHIK CHIK FOR LEAVE DEDUCTIONS SO MUCH

Jiva ayurveda is good place to work beacuwe they give chance to the people who deserves to be promoted according to hierarchy.

Though due to pandemic employees could not get the annual appraisal in salary yet they are helping their employees to WFH and take PCs and required things to setlle WFH without firing and cutting wages of employees

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
