Provide decent skill to learn for fresher and show case in you resume with YOE. Nothing more as of now. Overall a hell. Please look for better options. For Fresher go for better Companies Please !!!

Your previous project will only provide you a hike and since, you didn't meet their expectations. no matter how long you work, how hard you stood to learn new things how professionally you handled their micro managements they say " there is a room to grow" They say we need to evaluate you before we promote and give better hike in next cycle.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

A new server is coming that time late night work even you are not going home still morning. But your login time is fix 10:00AM sharp. Moreover, the lack of flexibility exacerbates the problem. while remote work is technically allowed, there's an unspoken expectation to always be available.

Nepotism Late night work even if you completed day working hours On work login time is FIXED 10.00AM but event after 7PM you still be working MSEB Power cut off Too much internet fluctuations

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
