The company has a very good administrative division. All my colleques are very friendly & helpfull in nature & especially our respected Principal Sir Dr. Santanu Sen sir.

There is nothing which I dislike in JIS GROUP.

Excellent working environment. The Management support the overall growth of all the employees. All the employees get enough freedom to present and implement his/her ideas into the system. Professional growth can be expected for deserving candidates.

Nothing as such. I believe if we need to correct anything, we need to start with ourselves.

At JIS Group of Engg Colleges, under Mr Taranjit Singh, MD, during my tenure in 2004 & 2005, only three Colleges were functional, and I was directed to take charge of their Trg & Placement Wing, which I carried out successfully for their First Batch - passing out in 2006. But I did not like to continue, leaving aside main stream Teaching to Engg Students. Hence I left. Now JIS is one of the Private University in West Bengal - mostly for its Engg Institutes.

Dislikes

As a Pvt Engg College, JIS Group was similar to other such setups - hence no major difference. I left since not interested to look after Trg & Placement Wing. Overall Mr Taranjit Singh, MD was a nice person, and built up the establishment in his own hand.
