For Management I wish would be better,No salary hike, lots of politics and management doesn't address our issues, salary decrement instead of increment.no matter how good you perform or how old are you to the company your salary will be same with new recruited person of same post. no job security,no beard allowed made me quit the job. policy changes anytime as per requirement.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Still contractual staff didn't get any parmanent dress.We are wearing other's clothes daily. I am really concern about our personal hygiene.I am working here as a executive but still I am wearing associate dress.T - SHIRT AND pocket paints. I am working here from 2months but still not get safety shoes. And I have to go to the project area daily. But whenever I go to the department to get shoes, I never get shoes of my size.
