Career in Jio is excellent. Good team & best compensation in industry. Will get good exposure & i have learned a lot regarding telecom industry after joining Jio. Best thing i experienced was the exposure i got in this company. One of the excellent company i have worked in my career. Had got good opportunity to work with Jio in project phase also which was an excellent experience

Not happy with the career growth as its very slow. Worried about job security & work-life balance. Use to get rewards & recognitions but during appraisal i was unnoticed

Salary will get correct time, will not be any delay to credit salary, all other fecility like ESI , PF, insurance, will be there, company having good infrastructure,

The company culture is not at all good, They will give heavy pressure, as government role company have the different types of leaves like sick leaves privilege leaves but they will not allow to take each of any leave, if we put any leave request they will questioning our personal matters, personal freedom, human rights,and irritate us, officially the working hours will be 8 but they will not permit go home after working hours, they will give another department works to us and makes us to work for 11-12 hrs, lot of employees have to travel more than 25 km and rural areas don't have any late night travel fecility but they don't care about it, they will make us to force fully for late night works, culture less rule is the company will not give even Rs 1 for extra time and extra work, even Sundays and national holidays also they will push us to work they will not pay for it, so if you joined to the company then our family life and social life will over, we will not get time for family life and social life as much as pressure will be there, while start up stage of company lot of employees are work hard even replaced our needs family needs and worked for lot of nights without any extra payment but company have very cheap culture, after grown up the company they used single cell of old employees and make pressure for resigned from employee side, that is very rediculous, company decant our blood for their growth and after that they will throw away the employee, while start up time of 90% employees are resigned because of very cheap culture of company, I have worked for 2 year and got this experience and resigned from the company

only thing is that it is a reputed company

salary is very low. work life balance is bad. we have to cheat customers to achieve target and also if a customer complain to our senior that they are being cheated then pur job is in danger bur seniors also want us to cheat customer in a better way without being cought. also if there is festival comming then you have to work all 7 days for 2-3 weeks. no weekoffs given

No promotions, no salary hike, no incentives, no work life balance, micro management, no HR stake, Senior business management runs whole structure with employee favouritism. Nothing to learn as such, no skill development.

Politics for salary, new joiner DRShave no skill no knowledge no work load no working pressure but company give them Higher package salary from old DRS. ALL ARE POLITICS IN THIS COMPANY. Only senior's are take advantage for promotion by politics. I lost my 6 years in this company. I have achieved many Exam but not seen by management because they are blind.
