Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No promoting for next level for management, I am working last five years but no increment and no promoting next level...

The company is good & also adopt latest technology from all aspect like HR policies, work enviorment & also from salary aspect also good so all things is good at here. As a result i get opportunity to promot next level after my work groth & my command on all kpis.

the thing i dislike most about company is when the time came to credited the salary ,,the salary will not be credited full,,such a shame,ground level area manager and hr both r involve in it..many of times we receive half salary and several times our salary is cut..

Incentives structure very bad. Incentives credit in account after 3 months, others are credited in next months. No promotions No appraisal and no salary increment just workload increase day by day but no improvement in salary.
