Free unlimited data, and other employee benefits. Acceptable salary package. Good work-life balance. It's a cool job in the way that we can travel all day, talk with people, build customer relationships.

Dislikes

The Telecom market is messed up by some. Too much selling pressure from the management makes it hectic most of the time(Everytime). Bad management practices. Their employees' issues aren't handled well, however they need positive results anyway. People need a great leader, not a boss.

... sell the offer. Official also not very good sometimes they started abusing us. No bonus, no convence and unfortunately if you are unable to complete your target so you have to wash hands from your salary.

Teammates are good , team leader behavior also great, time to time training also good for career growth, salary credited time to time. Work environment was excellent. Sometimes some few people was doing politics but, organization never accepted. Work encourage and gives me lots of experiences, that was good for my future. But we never got job security,we called everyone together and got the resignation done. There is no permanent job. Only target base job, if you get target you are the part of Jio family, if you not done, you will be thrown out. That's the Moto of Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd.

Politics for salary, new joiner DRShave no skill no knowledge no work load no working pressure but company give them Higher package salary from old DRS. ALL ARE POLITICS IN THIS COMPANY. Only senior's are take advantage for promotion by politics. I lost my 6 years in this company. I have achieved many Exam but not seen by management because they are blind.

...partment. There is good amount of Skill development and Technological knowledge. Salary of those who joined early are good but stagnant.

Long working hours and long duration Video Calling culture is very prevalent. VC start at 5.30AM in the morning and employee made to join via Laptops. Again VC start at 6PM again which eats into your personal time. VC are conducted 7Days a week with no holidays or breaks. There is large amount of administrative system based work load also which required constant monitoring and boring. Constant long duration reviews on daily basis increases stress and pressure.
