Long working hours and long duration Video Calling culture is very prevalent. VC start at 5.30AM in the morning and employee made to join via Laptops. Again VC start at 6PM again which eats into your personal time. VC are conducted 7Days a week with no holidays or breaks. There is large amount of administrative system based work load also which required constant monitoring and boring. Constant long duration reviews on daily basis increases stress and pressure.

Job Security is the best... Jio or Reliance is a company with 0 layoffs. On Time Salary and sometimes few days before each month... :) Complete WLB 5 Day Week, no one will ever call / message you on weekends unless its super urgent.. Reliance Smart, Digital, Vision Express and Ajio employee special Reliance Corporate Park is a beautiful place to work that is Jio HQ Great Exposure and Connecting with great leaders with ease finally and last but not the least, its an Indian growing brand, so if you're working, then you are working and contributing everything to your own people :)

Working for reliance has below pros .Job security .No delay in salary .Good work life balance ( except for operation & maintenance team) they have to standby for 24×7 as we're working on live network .Sufficient leave & paid holidays .Good HR policy .Reliance treats you like their family members so they give gifts ands discount on reliance brands on time to time basis Good atmosphere if someone wants to learn something new most of things were available at thier learning portals . Flexible work timing .New ideas are always welcome here

Things I don't like here are . Salary growth is very low . Promotion increament just around 15-20% depends on your working city . As it is a totally NHQ driven organisation so sometimes thier SOP becomes challenge even for small task approval it also affects company's business but don't know why they long chain of escalation matrix for even small task & project
