...s no appraisal and increment after in 5 year of my carrier with this company.... There is no process for promotion and salary increment for the employee who is not doing house/personal work of his/her managers.......It's a place where you join once and dump your complete carrier in a dustbin.

...kesh Awnish. My aunty death but still my assistant work and I handle customer. They hold assistant salary whether many assistant left they don’t need any notice period but personally they do this.

company and senior should support there new employee and develop the skills therefore that new employee become asset for the company in future, but in jio there is not this kind of culture. Too much mental pressure in jio

Appriasal and Promotions are not as per market standards. PLI which is part of employee salary are not disbursed on time . Increment are delayed by 5-6 months .
