Work load and management is depend on your team.Good team leades you to good way.But not in appraisal pr promotion for that you need to spend many years in the company then only you get much paid and promotions.

Dislikes

Dont expect promotions and much hike.conpare to market no hike is here. If you are an non IIT,NIT or MIT you get low salray that not even matches your living in mumbai.

One of the best working culture I've ever seen in any company. The management is very good & cooperative. There will be ample of opportunities to do extra courses through LinkedIn learning, Coursera provided by the company in order to enhance your skillset.

Company should look towards revising the salary structure of the employees

a lot of deductions from salary. for a ctc of 3.5lacks, in hand is 21k. also, have to stick to a team for 3 yrs minimum. shift happens on mood of manager. weekends are off. but ask you to work with no compensation.

Work environment and colleagues are very gud. Fun working with the team . Learning and training session are awesome to attend they are too gud.in terms of job security it's the best in market.always feels like home. That is why I am still here for past 7 yrs.

In terms of carrier growth not much of growth factor , and in terms of salary and appraisal not much growth as per market scenario.but in whole it is safe and gud company to work with . That is why I am still here from past 7 years by now.
