No appraisel, no support, new new work profiles but no change in salary. Work on same salary without any deductions till you get another job. In switching to Jio, increment goes in PLI which is scam and always lost when you leave.

...icy is far balancing but the third-party interference makes it rather difficult. Joining process,salary providence are good,yet it's some hard to get your TA-DA,the HRs in department is helping and, their subordinates are making more of opportunity.termination from the company is completely baseless,they throw you when their requirements have been fulfilled.in my case,it's not any notice period and they threaten me again and again to terminate.so i switched it myself.after leaving job,they took one month salary back,even didn't paid my last bills;for getting my PF,i left my bills and one month salary in vain.My friends are working there though!

third-party and sub-ordinates between us and the HR are making more of opportunity. Contract-bond,company i.d. and work certificates are not provided to all of us,they do what they wish according to their comfort.

salary is very low. work life balance is bad. we have to cheat customers to achieve target and also if a customer complain to our senior that they are being cheated then pur job is in danger bur seniors also want us to cheat customer in a better way without being cought. also if there is festival comming then you have to work all 7 days for 2-3 weeks. no weekoffs given

No promotions, no salary hike, no incentives, no work life balance, micro management, no HR stake, Senior business management runs whole structure with employee favouritism. Nothing to learn as such, no skill development.
