everything is pathetic..managers are illiterate, unethical, mannerless ,unprofessional ..they are wholeday only threating their reporty I will give you PIP..
Name of the motivation nothing ...only giving PIP whole day ...Mumbai sales head is working for close Enterprises n SMB Segment
.Actualy company is Good but Top management is only enjoying their job and Giving PIP to executive level employee .they never think about other family ..
My suggestion will be Re- hire Top management .
Poor work life balance, unnecessary launch of new projects every now and then which gets dissolve in a month, involving mobility people in home service ( deviation of job profile for which they were hired), poor travelling & conveyance policy at assistant manager level, work culture
