- at times micro management - delay in appraisal and PLIs - complicated sales process - no work life balance

The person who is very good in sales can work there and only experienced person can handles the stress over there.

I dislike the work culture, low salary offered to employees, not for freshers to start their career from this company.

...rked. No employee engagement. Employee is made to work 7 days by their managers. Salary increments are like 2-5 %. Never give 100% PLI inspire of showing profit in company.
