The work culture is good, everyone is supportive. They understands us well.

Dislikes

Compensation is not that good. Growth is slow. The employee deserves more compensation than they are providing. It really difficult to survive in this payment in today's world.

- Good work environment, spacious workplace with comfortable chairs. - Cafeteria in the office - Flexibility of working from home or office.

Dislikes

...ML role. - No relocation bonus is provided, no paid sick-leaves to the interns. - Salary is not provided at the end of each month for all employees, it gets delayed by 5 days everytime. - No pre-placement offers are given to the interns, even with their excellent performance during internship. - No goodies like bag, water-bottle, t-shirt is given. - Salary is not upto the market standards.

Talking about job security, culture, work life balance...all good...but the compensation is not as per market and learning skills depends on teams which u r being inducted

...me i cannot describe them in words. Its too pathetic to be a part of such teams. Bonus and increment are delayed even though company has made the most profit this year. Nothing to learn here. The most hateful thing working here is the working culture. Not so decent salaries, compensations,etc.

...nment and the culture.teammate are supportive and the management is transparent. company policy are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth slow.
