Job security is good. Work experience very good. Company policies are very good

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. No salary growth. No clarity on it . Worst HR team and reporting managers. I wasted my 3 years time in this company. I joined in this company with lot of hopes and excitement but I lost everything here.

The company culture is not at all good, They will give heavy pressure, as government role company have the different types of leaves like sick leaves privilege leaves but they will not allow to take each of any leave, if we put any leave request they will questioning our personal matters, personal freedom, human rights,and irritate us, officially the working hours will be 8 but they will not permit go home after working hours, they will give another department works to us and makes us to work for 11-12 hrs, lot of employees have to travel more than 25 km and rural areas don't have any late night travel fecility but they don't care about it, they will make us to force fully for late night works, culture less rule is the company will not give even Rs 1 for extra time and extra work, even Sundays and national holidays also they will push us to work they will not pay for it, so if you joined to the company then our family life and social life will over, we will not get time for family life and social life as much as pressure will be there, while start up stage of company lot of employees are work hard even replaced our needs family needs and worked for lot of nights without any extra payment but company have very cheap culture, after grown up the company they used single cell of old employees and make pressure for resigned from employee side, that is very rediculous, company decant our blood for their growth and after that they will throw away the employee, while start up time of 90% employees are resigned because of very cheap culture of company, I have worked for 2 year and got this experience and resigned from the company

Salary comes on time every month no matter what. I think leave policy is also good and leaves can be availed without too many approvals as is the case with other organisations. Flexible working hours and job security for some reason.

...ason for example many employees haven't been promoted from last 10 years and so. Also salary discrepancy exists at highest level as no slab system for salary is being followed by the company. Very process oriented and local HR team is reluctant to override these processes even if it means to loosing some of the key employees. No employee retention policy, they will happily let you go even if you have spend a life time there and are a core member of the team. Overall company does not present a good platform for budding employees however if you are very high in the hierarchy and get a senior manager role or above, then it might be the place for you. Less stress and slow pace environment will be good for someone who wants to settle down without caring much about the work culture and learning development. PS-6 days a week at circle level while NHQ follows 5 days a week schedule.

...ent treats employees as slave and speaking with employees with unparliamentary . There is no ethics and loss of salary because of management asking to put my money in day to day business I lost huge amount of money because of my superiors as well as my subordinates, one more important point to be notice with unethical management in higher positions they don't know the ground realities in employees working premises they blindly believe provoking guys like immediate supervisor they always tell lies on subordinates after the conversation of higher management these people ask their team to office and insulted infront of all staff this is a screwed-up culture. They don't have courtesy of employees families

...r others [S&D)KPI. Breaking all professional ethics. There is no self respect. Providing salary and getting debited by selling jio product to their own Employee 1st. You can always listion "Support Support" from cross functional team. S&D don't have efficiency always. Planned leave will not get easily by cross functional team.
