Dislikes

The company don't pay as per the amount of work it is taking from the employees. Personal life is completely finished. If anyone wants to work then please take divorce from your family first. Start your work at 7 a.m. and end it not before 12 in the night. Annual increments are so less that it won't match with the rate of inflation. If you have a PLI part in your CTC then you will never get the 100% it any year.

The company is having goals and vision beyond horizon. Innovation and Vision is the key mantra.

Dislikes

Compensation is ok but immature work pressure is very high. No space for intelligent thinking and planning. No value for individual strengths. Sometimes Have to face humiliation.

...jectory planning whatsoever, promotions are just random & hardly prevelant even. The compensation too is quite low as per market standards & that's a bummer for a company of this size.

...partment. There is good amount of Skill development and Technological knowledge. Salary of those who joined early are good but stagnant.

Dislikes

Long working hours and long duration Video Calling culture is very prevalent. VC start at 5.30AM in the morning and employee made to join via Laptops. Again VC start at 6PM again which eats into your personal time. VC are conducted 7Days a week with no holidays or breaks. There is large amount of administrative system based work load also which required constant monitoring and boring. Constant long duration reviews on daily basis increases stress and pressure.
