... the team. No work life balance. Think twice before joining Very bad experiance. Plus they have sandwich leaves and very low salary. Don't have much to learn, just doing excel sheets everyday nothing to learn.

Career in Jio is excellent. Good team & best compensation in industry. Will get good exposure & i have learned a lot regarding telecom industry after joining Jio. Best thing i experienced was the exposure i got in this company. One of the excellent company i have worked in my career. Had got good opportunity to work with Jio in project phase also which was an excellent experience

Not happy with the career growth as its very slow. Worried about job security & work-life balance. Use to get rewards & recognitions but during appraisal i was unnoticed

Teammates and training is good in Reliance Jio infocomm Ltd .and job security is average , career growth is also have there performance and salary. learning facility's is more in Ril , work environment is superb for learning and innovative all the application and program and project s. Work life is good..

More senior persons is doing politics. and they need people for work that time take work and left them and who they want took them for good post and giving more facility and salary also . I completed MBA Finance and 3 years experience in finance but they didn't expect and they took as a fresher and giving less salary. And some body said blackmail I ll kickoff from this post and something. I have interest in FC&A but now I m doing in hear as a Back end office work as a MIS in RE team and support to Finance department .

Salary is best in the industry. Credited on time on the last working day of every month. The job is very secure and lesson until you are involved in some integrity issues. Reliance jio infocom also page lot of attention for office killing their staff and has tie up with Coursera and LinkedIn for new courses and certificates.

Dislikes

Promotions are very hard to come by as the seniors don't vacate their positions. Also internal transfer via IJP is very difficult because if you are a high scorer your immediate boss will not allow you to go and if you are bad scorer wherever you want to go they are not willing to accept. So you get stuck wherever you have joined.

1. Salary to be checked while hiring talents not only based on policy defined as if anyone not working then to be hired on last salary or less. Salary to be given based on the requirement raised by candidate and as per market. 2. Saturday has to be off day
